Edited browser tests · 18 Oct 2026
Hear the conversation. See the workflow.
Two recorded Vapi browser tests. Pauses and contact details have been removed; some screen frames are held briefly for readability. English captions and transcripts are included.
Captions follow the call transcript; punctuation edited for readability.
Booking an appointment
An edited booking request, availability conversation, and spoken appointment confirmation.
Rescheduling and an unavailable-slot question
A changed appointment time, followed by a question about an occupied slot.
These are browser test calls, with n8n coordinating the backend workflow. They demonstrate selected test conversations, not a production telephone service. No telephone number or separate telephony provider is connected.
Business problem
Customer conversations need to connect a spoken request to the right business information or action.
What I personally built
I built a Vapi voice assistant with browser-based test calls and n8n backend workflows connected to Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Telegram.
Tools & integrations
How the workflow works
- Receive a browser test call through Vapi.
- Interpret the request and route it to the relevant n8n workflow.
- Coordinate the supported business-tool action and return its result.
- Deliver a spoken response through Vapi.
Testing & evidence
Edited browser-test recordings from 18 October 2026 demonstrate booking and rescheduling conversations, with captions and transcripts. Contact details and pauses are removed, and some screen frames are held briefly for readability. Broader end-to-end reliability testing is still in progress; no telephone number or separate telephony provider is connected.
Outcome & current status
Architecture preview — built workflow, testing in progress. The architecture shows the intended integration; it is not a production telephone service.
